Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is not a performance. It is a field of immersion, where you are bathed in harmonic sound waves produced by crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Quartz Harp and the quartz Merkaba. The “bath” is metaphorical it is a cleansing of your field, not of water.

You may experience:

-Deep relaxation and stillness
-Release of tension and emotional residue
-Access to dreamlike states or inner visions
-A sense of being re-tuned to your natural rhythm
The continuous flow of sound engages your presence, and prepares you for deep coherence.

Each session begins with a short guided meditation to prepare your body and mind. You may lie or sit comfortably, eyes closed, and allow the sounds to carry you into stillness.

A typical Sound Bath lasts 30 minutes to one hour, and ends with the quartz Merkaba— a sacred geometry of sound that seals your field in coherence.

Quartz Sound Bowls

Quartz sound bowls, also known as crystal singing bowls. They are musical instruments made from pure quartz crystal. These bowls are renowned for their ability to produce powerful, resonant sound waves that can promote healing and relaxation. 

Quartz sound bowls are crafted from high-purity quartz crystal, which is often melted down and molded into the shape of a bowl. The purity of the quartz can influence the quality of the sound produced.

A Quartz Merkaba is a powerful and symbolic geometric shape made from quartz crystal. We provide blankets and eye pillows for in-person sessions. Please bring your own yoga mats. When booking an in-person session, please let us know how many are participating in the “Extras” tab. There is no limit to participants for virtual sessions.
